Hi, and welcome to the Wiikend. This is just a website that I decided to make dedicated to the Nintendo Wii console.

 

The main focus of this site is to show you the difference between the standard composite cables that come with the Wii and the far better component cables. To view the many great before and after shots from games like The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess, Wii Play and many others look under the comparison section in the menu above.

After trying these cables, you realise just how blurry some of the pictures are in games like The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.

 

I am also running polls, which vary from game review sites to upcoming Wii titles to what people own for their Wii. The polls should change every week or so.

I have started a page of game videos that look like they will turn into promising titles for the Wii. This page should be updated quite regularly.

 

To anyone who is looking at buying a Wii, let me say that it is a great machine and a good purchase. Trust me, its well worth it!
